As of August 16^th, I am new CEO/Master Mentor of Pronto Progress. The link is a hello to the world from the Pronto Progress website. I am continuing to strive to serve clients and customers for their real estate needs, by working exclusively by referral and providing them with my best offering of service. The new position with Pronto Progress marries well with my real estate career, as my focus with the company is training the employees to work by referral and coaching in sales skills. My 20 years in the real estate industry and being involved with Buffini and Company, with their Referral Systems Membership and One to One Coaching has provided a plethora of insight for sales & referral techniques. We are also growing our company & have a goal of 400+ employees, so starting with this goal in mind is refreshing.
