Lenore Alpert organized a panel on Marine Spatial Planning: Trends and Developments at the national Coastal Zone 2011 meeting in Chicago on July 20. She also presented a paper on Florida activity on planning for uses in the oceans, based on a recent report she completed for the Florida Ocean Alliance.
