Geri Trodick – American Trophy Company
We are more than just trophies. We provide plaques, acrylics and glass awards, name badges and promotional products.
These awards are used to recognize employees, volunteers and clients. Recognition is very important. Everyone wants to know they are appreciated.
We also create custom name badges. In this economy, everyone is networking and it is vital to have that recognition, of both your name and your company name.
Our website www.AmericanTrophy.net shows the many products we supply.
On a personal note – my husband and I started this business in 1972 and now our sons are running it. Scot, our oldest, is our web designer and lives in California. Steve is our sales manager and Sean is our production manager. My husband has been retired for 7 years but I am still working and enjoying it.
Hello WECers!
Win a Business Link Treasure Hunt:
Here’s another chance for you to win a link to your business on the WEC website. At the last luncheon I showed you how to browse around the website using the ‘Categories’ … they are listed in the right sidebar as ‘Contents’ of the Website. I also showed you how to find anything in the website by using the Search box in the upper right of the site. So, here’s the Treasure Hunt:
1. Tell me how many ‘Events’ have been posted to the website since its beginning. (Hint: look at ‘Contents’)
2. Find a member from Michigan and leave her a comment
3. Find a member who attended Chapel Hill and leave her a comment
This time I won’t pick the winners by the first people to accomplish the above. Instead, I’ll write down all the members who got it right, and we’ll pick a name out of the hat at the next luncheon.
Good luck!
In February, I spoke at my Dental Study Club: The Pinnacle Dental Study Group on the subject of: Providing Additional Benefits for Patients by Teaching and Providing Oral Hygiene Instruction Aids.
I also went on a photo shoot and had my story accepted for a book being published by author, Nina Hart, on Forever Young at 50+. Future information to follow…possibly have a WEC launch party for the book my story will appear in?
Kept in touch with two previous chapter members who send their regards: Linda Chapman and Camey Bailey George.
