Robyn Vines was recently re-appointed to the Florida Supreme Court Family Law Forms Advisory Workgroup. Congratulations, Robyn!

Mandee Heller Adler and International College Counselors are thrilled to announce the completion of two College Admissions webinars with Kaplan.  Over 500 students attended the webinars, and we’re thrilled to be associated with a national leader in our field!

I went on the Celebrity Solstice 4/18-25 sailing to San Juan, PR, St. Thomas and St. Martin.  Did the Aquaclass package which was amazing.   Cirque de Soleil type entertainment, Excellent spa facilities and service.  Aquaclass has a special healthy eating restaurant that was super gourmet and delicious. 

Also in April, The Tamarac Dentist, participated in the Relay For Life, Tamarac raising money for the American Cancer Society.  I lit Luminaries from WEC in memory of our past President and dear friend, Ronnie Karlin.   Here is a photo of the luminary:

The Smile Makers raised over 5,000 dollars. Final counts are still not in.  Thank you to those who supported me in my efforts.  I lost my dad to brain cancer this year so it was particularly moving for me. 

I was busy speaking in April as well.  Spoke to the Tamarac Kiwanis club on Dental Health.  Spoke to the Tamarac Women of Success group on Creating and implementing a Vision Board.  Also spoke to the girls at the Brookwood home for Foster girls in Coral Springs on Dental Health and on careers in Dentistry. 

As we mentioned in our last newsletter, Michelle Case and Scott Anderson got married on March 20th at the Lauderdale Yacht Club! Here are some beautiful pictures; don’t forget to congratulate Michelle when you see her!

I believe it is important to do business with professionals and when those professionals are also your WEC friends it is very gratifying. 

When I needed to send out an email blast I contacted Bonnie Unsworth (Imagine Inc.) who laid out the graphics, Dee Moustakas (Kodiak Communications) who wrote the copy and Myriam Cohen (Equilibrix) who sorted out my list, sent it out and showed me how to track the number of "opens". 

They were very patient and the results were so much better than anything I could have done myself with very affordable pricing.  They were able to give my company the professional looking representation I wanted.

I also had the pleasure of being hired by Edie Hoppe and her husband to transform her plain kitchen cabinets into a personal expression of their love of irises.  Thanks so much for the opportunity to help create a kitchen that is uniquely theirs.

Thanks also to Lynda Amorello of Amorello Property Management to allow my company to give a lobby with peeling wallpaper the upscale look that it deserves.   Lynda has the difficult job juggling the needs of many people and she does it superbly.

WEC is an organization of exceptional women and I am proud to be a member and to call you all my friends.
