Went on the brand new Allure of the Seas Eastern Caribbean Inaugural Cruise and had a fabulous time. The entertainment was amazing, Broadway cast of Chicago, Beatlemania, professional comedians, two ice shows, two aqua shows, surfing, boogie boards, zip line, just too much to see and do. Had a gourmet romantic dinner at 150 Central Park with my hubby. Would strongly recommend.
I went on the Celebrity Solstice 4/18-25 sailing to San Juan, PR, St. Thomas and St. Martin. Did the Aquaclass package which was amazing. Cirque de Soleil type entertainment, Excellent spa facilities and service. Aquaclass has a special healthy eating restaurant that was super gourmet and delicious.
Also in April, The Tamarac Dentist, participated in the Relay For Life, Tamarac raising money for the American Cancer Society. I lit Luminaries from WEC in memory of our past President and dear friend, Ronnie Karlin. Here is a photo of the luminary:

As you may already know, I am again participating in the Tamarac Relay For Life to raise money for the American Cancer Society. This year, this is especially meaningful for me as I just lost my dad on Sept. 24th to brain cancer.

In February, I spoke at my Dental Study Club: The Pinnacle Dental Study Group on the subject of: Providing Additional Benefits for Patients by Teaching and Providing Oral Hygiene Instruction Aids.
I also went on a photo shoot and had my story accepted for a book being published by author, Nina Hart, on Forever Young at 50+. Future information to follow…possibly have a WEC launch party for the book my story will appear in?

Dr. Dora Vilk-Shapiro attended the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry conference at the Disney Yacht Club in Orlando on September 10th through the 13th. She is a charter member of this Academy. After all day in conference, Dora met up with husband Larry and their son Jordan (19) who studies at UCF.…
