Rated PG-13 Running Time: 120 minutes
The first 20 members who reply to Susan Kingsley’s email invitation will receive a ticket for 2. Please only reply if you are going to be able to attend. The lucky 20 members will be required to pick up their tickets at the March 15th meeting at the Tower Club, or make arrangements with Susan Kingsley or Rose White for their tickets. Those who fail to do so will unfortunately forfeit their tickets. Any extra tickets will be raffled out to attendees at the March WEC annual meeting.
This Focus Features film is the bold new version of the timeless classic Jane Eyre, based on one of the most beloved novels ever. A sexy, Gothic tale of one of the great forbidden romances of all time – filled with danger, seduction and longing that has enthralled readers, but given a modern day spin by the award – winning wunderkind director, Cary Fukunaga.
Our WEC was approached about this special movie screening presentation because the movie is based on a classic novel and the promoter’s target market is local dignitaries, female community leaders as well as book clubs.
FUN, WINTER ADVENTURES FOR SUSAN KINGSLEY
We went snowshoeing in Siren, Wisconsin. I took Timothy off the path, into the sloughs. Went hip deep in snow and wet yuck. Glad to have Columbia Titanium hikers on. My feet were warm and toasty. We saw an ermine prancing around. It was too slick for a photo. I took Flat Stacey from St. Louis along. She had fun too. It was Timothy’s 1st time snowshoeing. I told him it is not for the faint of heart. He chuckled when he heard this, then realized I was shooting straight from the hip. He used this phrase when telling his buddies about our trip. We plan to go again this season.
Life is too complicated. New one stop for finding WEC Events
Hello from your WEC Events Team Member Susan.
We now have an Events page for all of the WEC Events, (and member outside activities), such as Member Events, Book Club, Cannon Circles, Workshops, After Hours, etc. Rather than you having to scour the entire site for functions, you can check the Events page for ease in time and convenience.
Monthly meetings are found in the calendar as par usual. Meetings have been posted for the entire year, so please add them to your schedule, as there are a lot of great ideas in the works…..
There is a tab at the top of the webpage named Events. When blog postings are added to the Events page, the Event will be in bold text and underlined, so you can click the named event and see the post. WEC members, if you have an event for the ladies to attend, please email me and I can post it. Jenette does post your events you send her in the newsletter, however this is not on an a ‘la minute basis such as the Events page posts created by yours truly.
Jenette will pull the events postings and add to the newsletter for you as well, in case you ever send for me and forget to send to her.
Easy as 1… 2… 3….
This will not affect the rest of the webpage or calendar. It is an addition to what is already offered for you. In addition, at the right hand side margin of the page there is a contents area. Items can be searched this way or at the top right of the page, there is a magnifying glass. You can search by word to find postings. Thanks to Chris Guld, our webmaster, www.geeksontour.com, for her assistance in helping us all.
Another step to show your sisterhood in WEC is appreciated. xo$xo$xo$

WAY TO GO, SUSAN KINGSLEY!
Susan Kingsley has received the Certified Mentor designation from Buffini and Company, the largest coaching company in the country for working by referral. This allows Susan to train real estate agents in the 100 Days to Greatness Program, along with training exclusively RE/MAX Agents in the Ultimate Agent Program. Susan plans to use this knowledge in training the software developers of Pronto Progress. Susan traveled to Toronto in early December for a Buffini and Company Turning Point Retreat to hear Brian Buffini present his newest referral basics training. Meeting some of the thousands of attending Canadian real estate agents was definitely a plus for her real estate business.
