Kudos to Liz Mendel of Dolphin Travel who arranged my trip to Italy!!! Travel tip: bring your camera charger and alarm clock!!

Here are 2 photos of my trip to Italy: skyline of Florence and gondola in Venice…a magical trip to see all the art, architecture, food, leather,…a visual delight for the senses…plus a strenuous workout…and a surprise viewing of the Pope you can see on my Facebook page…I didn’t think about work for one second and came home jet-lagged but refreshed!!!

I was accepted in the Small Works Exhibit in the Fat Village Arts District at the gallery located on 115 N.E. 5th Street. They are having a brunch reception on Sunday, December 12th. My piece is titled, London…
I was accepted in the Human Image and Portrait Show, which opened from October 12th to October 29th at Rossetti Fine Art Gallery in Pompano Beach. The featured piece is an acrylic abstract painting, titled, IN UTERO. You can see my piece on my Facebook page, taken by Rafael Monterrey.
Kudos to Myriam Cohen of Crazy Good Deal, who put my one hour anti-stress tune-up for a half-off ad, online for me. She spent so much time helping me decide all the necessary details and I really appreciate her efforts!!!!!!!!!!!!
One of my frozen iguana series was hanging in the Broward Art Guild Show at Midland Medical Center until September 26th. It is available for purchase, and you can see more of my art on my website (http://www.virginiahoward.com/foyer.htm). No one else will have anything like this if you need a gift for a person who has everything!!!!
I am also proud to say that I was accepted to be in the Abstractions Show at Gallery 101. The opening was held on September 18th and the show ran until October 1st.
