Monthly Luncheons

Membership dues for WEC include ten luncheon programs, featuring dynamic speakers of general interest to women executives and a holiday luncheon. The cost of luncheons is included in annual dues.

Fellowship and Networking

WEC promotes personal and professional growth among executive women. Luncheons, socials, and other club activities such as mentoring, GEM lunches, book club, and fundraising provide networking opportunities as well as occasions to foster friendships with peers. Business contacts and referrals are a natural outcome of membership in our dynamic group.

Communications

Members receive a monthly newsletter and periodic e-mail communications containing news related to club members, events and activities. A business directory is published electronically and may be downloaded in several formats.

Retreat

Each year a one-day retreat is planned by the incoming president to set goals and an agenda for the coming year. Every member is invited to add her voice to this “town meeting” and be a part of our ongoing growth and vision. It is always a day of both work and play.

FX Mentoring Program

Beginning in 2004, WEC launched a revised mentoring program that selects a few bright, qualified, energetic women as associate members. Though each has a minimum of two co-mentors as primary coaches, the entire club will mentor these rising future executives, sharing experience and shaping lives.

Women Empowering Women

This program, started in 1998, provides scholarships and member services to support women who need to further their education in order to advance in or return to the workplace as an executive.
